With over 20 years of experience, Felicia Eick combines her expertise in equine bodywork and saddle fitting to promote comfort, performance, and longevity for horses of all disciplines. Certified in Equine Sports Massage Therapy (Equissage, 2008) and as a Saddle Fitter through The Saddle Guy Course, she offers a holistic, horse-first approach through her business, Equihands Saddle Fitting and Equine Massage.

As a proud partner of DSS, Felicia provides a curated selection of custom saddles and accessories tailored for both horse and rider. When not traveling for fittings, she enjoys life on her family farm with her husband and dogs, judges horse shows, and continues to ride and support the equestrian community.

Emily Weber is dedicated to equine wellness through her work as a certified independent saddle fitter and bodywork specialist. As the founder of Upstate Equine LLC, based in Campobello, South Carolina—just minutes from Tryon International Equestrian Center—she provides expert saddle fitting, equine massage, and physiotherapy services for horses across all disciplines.

With a background in Dressage and advanced training in saddle fitting and biomechanics, Emily takes a holistic, hands-on approach to improve comfort, balance, and performance. Based in Kentucky, Jordan Weber is a skilled and approachable saddle fitter dedicated to improving balance, comfort, and performance for both horse and rider. She takes pride in providing individualized solutions, carefully evaluating each horse’s conformation and movement to ensure an optimal fit.

Gabrielle “Gabby” Diakon is a lifelong rider with a passion for biomechanics, performance, and equine welfare. She began her career as a working student at a top hunter/jumper facility in New Jersey, went on to captain her college equestrian team in Tampa, and continued her education at leading jumper and dressage barns in Florida and Belgium.

After opening her own hunter/jumper training facility, Gabby’s focus shifted toward biomechanics and horse-and-rider alignment. She became certified in biomechanics, rider yoga, and massage therapy, is the author of Yoga for Every Equestrian, and founded GMD Saddle Fitting in Pennsylvania, now also serving clients in Colorado.

Gabby is known for her meticulous, education-driven approach and her belief that no detail is too small when it comes to a horse’s comfort and performance.

Macie Hager is a lifelong equestrian and equine professional with over a decade of experience in the industry. She holds an Associate’s degree in Equine Science from SUNY Morrisville and a Bachelor’s degree in Equine Business Management from St. Andrews University.

Throughout her career, Macie has managed barns, groomed, instructed, and trained across multiple disciplines, including reining, hunters, dressage, and western dressage, where she found her true passion. She began her saddle fitting career in 2024 after completing a year-long apprenticeship.

Macie’s goal is to help horses move freely and comfortably while supporting riders in achieving balance, stability, and harmony in the saddle.
